Built to launch Olay's Super Serum Collection, guests clocked in for a branded experience that made product discovery feel like a meeting worth showing up to.

From the moment guests approached the exterior, the world of Skinsurance had already begun. A branded journey guided visitors through check-in, a waiting lounge, and into one-on-one time with lead Skinsurance Agent Corporate Natalie, where product education felt less like a pitch and more like a conversation worth having.

POLICY PERKS

The skin analysis station gave guests a personalized policy plan built around their actual skin needs. From there, photo moments throughout the space and a dedicated content booth kept the experience shareable at every turn. At the Skinsurance Claims Booth, Claims Agents made sure every guest left fully covered, full-size products in hand.
